Absolutely! Just contact our team if you have any questions about booking, choosing the right tour, or if you need help during your trip. We’re happy to help on WhatsApp, Line, email, or by phone, whatever’s easiest for you.

Can I pay in my own currency?

We display prices in Thai Baht, but your card or bank will handle conversion from your local currency automatically.

Can I book for today or tomorrow?

Last-minute bookings are possible, but availability may be limited. Contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Do I need to print my booking confirmation?

No need to print anything! A digital copy on your phone is perfect.

Can you pick me up from somewhere other than a hotel?

No problem! If your location is along our pickup route, we’re happy to pick you up from private villas, apartments, bus stops, or even near a landmark or 7-Eleven. The only exceptions are places that are too far from the main road or up a steep hill. Just let us know your preferred spot when you book, and we’ll confirm if it’s possible.

On the day of your tour:

What time will I be picked up?

Once your tour is confirmed, we’ll send you your pickup time based on your location. Times can vary, so we usually give a 30-minute window in case of traffic or other pickups.

What if my pickup is late?

Delays sometimes happen due to traffic or other customers. If your ride is more than 30 minutes late, just let us know, we’ll check what’s going on and make sure you get picked up as soon as possible.

How do I recognize my guide or driver?

Your guide or driver will be waiting at your pickup spot with a sign showing your name or the tour company name. If you’re at a hotel, they may check with the reception. Please be ready on time, as they may have other pickups scheduled.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. We’ll reschedule your tour or offer a refund if needed. Light rain usually isn’t a problem, but your safety always comes first.

What if I’m not happy with my tour?

If anything isn’t right on your tour day, please tell us right away. We’ll do our best to fix the issue immediately, as your satisfaction is very important to us.
