- 08:00 AM - Start your day with a hotel pickup and head to the private “VISIT PANWA” pier, where your adventure begins with a smile!
- 09:00 AM - Check-in, enjoy a delicious welcome breakfast set, and indulge in some sweet treats before the fun begins.
- 09:30 AM - Our friendly guide gives you a tour briefing, explaining how to keep the coral happy and all safety details while making sure you’re all set for a fun-filled day.
- 10:00 AM - Let’s cruise! Hop aboard the Whale Shark Fleet and head to Phi Phi Leh. Glide through breathtaking scenery with towering cliffs and stunning bays created by Mother Nature herself.
- 11:00 AM - Pileh Lagoon – Dive into emerald waters surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs, hop on a local long-tailed boat for a real island experience, and snap photos of this paradise. Special treat: exclusive boat ride for 6-8 people!
- 12:10 PM - Maya Bay – Explore the famous crescent-shaped beach surrounded by towering limestone cliffs, home to adorable baby sharks. The spot made famous by the movie “The Beach.”
- 13:30 PM - Ton Sai Bay – It’s lunch time at a seaside seafood restaurant on Phi Phi Don! Enjoy a delicious buffet with mouthwatering dishes, relax, and snap some pics.
- 14:50 PM - Snorkeling at Phi Phi Don – Get your snorkel on and dive into crystal-clear waters surrounded by vibrant fish.

I need help booking a tour!
Absolutely! Just contact our team if you have any questions about booking, choosing the right tour, or if you need help during your trip. We’re happy to help on WhatsApp, Line, email, or by phone, whatever’s easiest for you.
Can I pay in my own currency?
We display prices in Thai Baht, but your card or bank will handle conversion from your local currency automatically.
Can I book for today or tomorrow?
Last-minute bookings are possible, but availability may be limited. Contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Do I need to print my booking confirmation?
No need to print anything! A digital copy on your phone is perfect.
Can you pick me up from somewhere other than a hotel?
No problem! If your location is along our pickup route, we’re happy to pick you up from private villas, apartments, bus stops, or even near a landmark or 7-Eleven. The only exceptions are places that are too far from the main road or up a steep hill. Just let us know your preferred spot when you book, and we’ll confirm if it’s possible.
On the day of your tour
What time will I be picked up?
Once your tour is confirmed, we’ll send you your pickup time based on your location. Times can vary, so we usually give a 30-minute window in case of traffic or other pickups.
What if my pickup is late?
Delays sometimes happen due to traffic or other customers. If your ride is more than 30 minutes late, just let us know, we’ll check what’s going on and make sure you get picked up as soon as possible.
How do I recognize my guide or driver?
Your guide or driver will be waiting at your pickup spot with a sign showing your name or the tour company name. If you’re at a hotel, they may check with the reception. Please be ready on time, as they may have other pickups scheduled.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. We’ll reschedule your tour or offer a refund if needed. Light rain usually isn’t a problem, but your safety always comes first.
What if I’m not happy with my tour?
If anything isn’t right on your tour day, please tell us right away. We’ll do our best to fix the issue immediately, as your satisfaction is very important to us.
