# Memories Asia

> Memories Asia is a travel agency in Phuket, Thailand, selling day trips and excursions online: island tours (Phi Phi Islands and Maya Bay, James Bond Island and Phang Nga Bay, Similan, Surin, Racha and Coral islands), sunset and dinner cruises, luxury catamaran and yacht days, and ethical elephant experiences. Tours are run by licensed local operators, most include hotel pickup, prices are in Thai Baht (THB) per person, and every booking is confirmed by the operator before the card is charged.

- Payment: Prices are in Thai Baht (THB), per person. Payment is made online by credit or debit card on our secure Stripe checkout. Your card is only authorised when you book: you are charged once our local partner confirms availability. If a tour cannot be confirmed, the authorisation is released and you pay nothing.
- Cancellation: Free cancellation with a full refund up to 72 hours before the tour date (cut-off 23:59 Thailand time, three days before). No refund for later cancellations or no-shows. A few private yacht charters have their own conditions, shown on their page. If a tour is cancelled because of weather or safety, you get another date or a full refund.
- How it works: Every excursion is run by a licensed local tour operator; Memories Asia sells it online, confirms it with the operator and stays your single point of contact. Most tours include hotel pickup and drop-off in Phuket. After booking, the operator confirms availability and we send your pickup time (usually a 30-minute window). Show the confirmation on your phone — no need to print anything.

## Booking with an AI assistant

1. Find excursions: search by keywords, category, budget (THB per person) and date (`search_excursions` / `GET /excursions`).
2. Read the details (`get_excursion`): itinerary, what is included, what to bring, pickup, prices per traveller type.
3. Check the date (`check_availability`): bookings close the day before (cut-off time, Bangkok time); some tours have a daily capacity.
4. Price it (`get_quote`): adults and children are priced separately; totals are in Thai Baht.
5. Hand over a booking link (`create_booking_link`): the traveller opens it, the excursion is already in the cart, they enter traveller details and pay on our secure checkout.
Never ask the traveller for card details, passport numbers or other personal data in the chat: the checkout collects them. Payment is only authorised at booking and charged once the local operator confirms.
