Cancellation: Free cancellation with a full refund up to 72 hours before the tour date (cut-off 23:59 Thailand time, three days before). No refund for later cancellations or no-shows. A few private yacht charters have their own conditions, shown on their page. If a tour is cancelled because of weather or safety, you get another date or a full refund.
