- In the event that we are unable to operate the tour safely due to adverse weather conditions, HYPE reserves the right to cancel the trip.
- If the tour is canceled by HYPE, you will have the option to reschedule for a different date or receive a 100% refund of the full tour amount.
- HYPE also reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure, or unsafe weather or water conditions. In case of cancellation, an alternative date will be provided, or a full refund will be issued.

**By Client:**

- **Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour**: No refund will be provided.
- **Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the tour**: 50% of the total tour fee will be refunded.
- **Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the tour**: A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount.
- **No-Show**: The full tour fee will be charged if the client does not show up.
