Your card is only authorised when you book: you are charged once our local partner confirms availability. If a tour cannot be confirmed, the authorisation is released and you pay nothing.
4. We confirm with the local operator and send your pickup time.

Cancellation: Free cancellation with a full refund up to 72 hours before the tour date (cut-off 23:59 Thailand time, three days before). No refund for later cancellations or no-shows. A few private yacht charters have their own conditions, shown on their page. If a tour is cancelled because of weather or safety, you get another date or a full refund.
